I do not believe there is one, none that I have come across at least. You can buy a signet of capture at almost any skills trader in Cantha.

You buy ALL skills in cantha. There are no skill quests.

I just take the boat to LA from Kaineng to get the sig of capture quest. It's about then when I'd be needing it anyways.

That's not true. There's about 15-20 skills you get from quests for Cantha born characters.

Actually only 13 skills per class from doing the quests on Shing Jea Island. The rest you have to buy, including Signet of Capture which is available when you reach Kaineng Center.

Agreed the Instuctor Ng guy I believe is his name, will give you 5 quests I belive and give you skills to aid you.
